Air Dehumidifier

Air Dehumidifiers are used in power transformers insulated in oil or in tanks that need a dry air vent. Dehumidifiers have silica gel as a drying element and are supplied in different sizes according to its silica gel load. As a general recommendation, a load of ½ kg of silica gel is indicated for each 1000 kg of transformer oil, however this amount is for reference purposes only and each transformer manufacturer may indicate different silica gel load values ​​depending on the conditions of use and environment where the transformer is installed.
